A family run independent and purpose built veterinary practice caring for pets and exotic animals conveniently located on the outskirts of North Walsham, just off the main B1150 Norwich - North Walsham road.

 

Our friendly team is dedicated to providing high quality veterinary care for you and your pets in a supportive caring environment. 

We realise pets are members of the family and are committed to assisting you in making the best decisions for the health and well being of your companions. 

 

Our small team means you will usually see the same vet allowing better continuity of care.

We believe your pets are as important to us as they are to you which is why we offer longer consultations and flexible appointment times with dedicated cat, dog and exotic waiting areas and wards. 

 

Continued investment in state of the art facilities and equipment allows rapid “in house” diagnosis and treatment of most diseases affecting pets and exotic animals. Our continued investment has resulted in the addition of an onsite CT Scanner and Laser Therapy unit to help pets under our care. We understand treating exotic pets can be challenging and are happy to support local practices with advice or referral consultations. 

 

We aim to keep our prices competitive and can provide written estimates on request. 

 

All our staff are committed to furthering their knowledge, regularly attending courses to keep abreast of the most recent treatments and techniques to help your pets. 

 

Our purpose built surgery includes a dedicated meeting room where we regularly provide in house lectures on veterinary care of exotic pets to other vets and nurses and we are proud to host client education evenings allowing the opportunity to fully understand your pets' health.

We understand that choosing a veterinary practice to care for your pet is a big decision and are always happy to arrange a "behind the scenes" tour.

24/7 Out of Hours Emergency Service
​

Accidents and emergencies do occur and we offer a 24/7 out of hours emergency service for our clients with a vet and nurse on duty 24/7 providing a familiar face in stressful situations.
